Job Overview

Stonebrook Exterior is in search of a committed and skilled Construction Site Manager to supervise and direct construction operations. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage all on-site construction processes, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Leadership: Coordinate and lead the efforts of site staff, including subcontractors and laborers, providing necessary guidance, support, and training.
  • Effective Communication: Act as the main liaison among site staff, project managers, and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Project Scheduling: Create and uphold construction timelines, ensuring that all project phases are completed on schedule.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform regular site evaluations to confirm that work meets the highest standards and complies with all applicable regulations and codes.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve any challenges or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
  • Documentation Management: Utilize software tools such as Microsoft 320, Procore, and Plangrid to manage project documentation, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Safety Protocols: Implement and uphold safety measures to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel on site.
  • Financial Oversight: Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and report financial outcomes to upper management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-5 years in a supervisory capacity within the construction sector.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in construction management are advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft 320, Procore, and Plangrid. Competence in using computers, smartphones, and various applications for project oversight.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team management abilities with a talent for motivating and guiding a diverse workforce.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in quickly identifying and addressing issues effectively.
