Key Responsibilities

The Construction Project Supervisor will be tasked with:

  • Managing and overseeing the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
  • Supervising subcontractors and the overall construction process on a daily basis.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to address any issues related to materials or methodologies.
  • Building and maintaining a professional and effective working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
  • Ensuring a safe working environment and promoting safety practices and culture on-site.

Candidate Profile

The ideal Construction Project Supervisor will possess:

  • Required experience in ground-up construction projects.
  • Experience in commercial construction is essential.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction sector as a project supervisor.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Familiarity with Procore software is preferred.
  • Experience managing projects valued between $3 million and $30 million or more.

Compensation Package
