Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
  • Provide high-quality patient education, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • One year of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
