- Provide high-quality patient education, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- One year of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
