As a Float Pool LPN with Avamere Skilled Advisors dba AvaStaff, you will join a nursing team with a culture and mission to enhance the life of every person we serve.

Flexible Scheduling

  • Mileage Reimbursement for commutes over 20 miles

Support Skilled Nursing Facilities

As a float Nurse, you will support Avamere at our skilled nursing facilities in the Seattle, WA community. Set a schedule that works best for you and make a difference for seniors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain rapport with nursing staff, other department personnel, residents, family members, and all other individuals involved in resident's care.

Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care.

Supervise execution of the resident plan of care and participate in development of the plan of care.

Communicate changes in patients' clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.

Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university.

Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.

Must chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident and resident's response to care.

Experience with Electronic Medical Records and computer documentation systems.

Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

AvaStaff is an internal float pool supporting the Avamere Family of Companies Skilled Nursing Facilities.
