About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing social media and influencer programs that drive engagement, build loyalty, and expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our broader marketing strategy and goals.
  • Manage and optimize our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop and execute influencer programs that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Assist in the development of campaign briefs, pitch creative concepts, and produce engaging content for our owned social channels.
  • Support publishing and reporting efforts across our owned social channels, including recommendations for future optimizations.
Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
  • Experience working in Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Tagger, and native social platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven approach.
