- Oversee Front Desk staff to ensure efficient operations during assigned shifts.
- Develop and communicate daily sales strategies to optimize hotel occupancy.
- Demonstrate knowledge of service standards and ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance performance and guest satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate with staff to provide clear instructions and feedback.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address guest and team member concerns.
- Manage desk operations, resolving guest issues and emergencies as they arise.
- Act as the hotel Manager on Duty when scheduled.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for guests upon arrival.
- Assist with guest relocations as necessary.
- Prepare daily forecasts of expected arrivals and departures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Preferred: Two-year Associates degree.
- Required: Experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Preferred: Two years of combined front desk and supervisory experience.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring finger dexterity, standing, sitting, and walking.
- Occasional lifting and carrying of items up to 40 pounds.
