At Limelight Hotels, we are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and serving menu items to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to chef specifications
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
  • Assist with storage of food deliveries
  • Report any problems with food product, kitchen equipment, or work area to a member of culinary management
  • Assist with training new employees as requested by culinary management
Requirements:
  • Culinary School graduate preferred
  • 2 years of progressive experience in a professional kitchen preferred
  • Prior guest service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate and follow oral or written directions in English is required
  • ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred
Work Environment and Physical Demands:

The Line Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with regular exposure to heat, humidity, and noise. The physical demands of this position include the ability to stand, walk, and move freely throughout the kitchen, as well as the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
