Front Desk Associate

Crunch Fitness is a dynamic and inclusive gym that combines fitness and entertainment to create a unique experience for our members. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Process member check-ins and facilitate communication of special events and promotions.
- Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing member inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Assist with scheduling member services, selling retail products, and facilitating payment processing.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional member experiences.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A competitive hourly rate of $17.35.
