- Program Development
- Design and implement new clinical programs and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program strategies
- Monitor program performance and make data-driven decisions
- Staff Supervision
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including directors and managers
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance evaluations and make recommendations for promotions or disciplinary actions
- External Partnerships
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies
- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement joint initiatives and programs
- Represent Texas Family Care Network at industry conferences and events
- Education
- Masters or better in Social Work or related field
- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated clinical work with youth and their families experiencing an array of complex problems, including behavioral and mental health disorders
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience required
- Credentials
- Licensed by professional affiliation
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
This position requires a high level of physical activity, including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and carrying. The working hours are non-traditional and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
