Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is actively searching for a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to enhance our team.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical services provided to our clients, as well as leading the education, training, and supervision of our nursing personnel in the field.
If you are a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for helping children and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Qualifications:- Valid, unrestricted RN license.
- At least one year of recent RN experience; prior Pediatric Day/Night (PDN) experience is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical tasks effectively while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Competence in electronic documentation and review to ensure timely and accurate submission.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Conducting interviews, providing education, training, managing performance, and supervising the clinical team in the field.
- Managing client triage, including admissions, recertifications, and discharges.
- Collaborating with clients, the Clinical Director, and other care team members to create tailored, high-quality Care Plans.
- Reviewing documentation for accuracy, improving quality, and ensuring seamless service authorization.
- Performing home and/or hospital visits as necessary.
