As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment for children.
  • Implementing our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum, utilizing engaging characters to make learning enjoyable.
  • Building strong relationships with families and colleagues to foster a collaborative learning atmosphere.
  • Regularly communicating with parents about their children's progress and experiences through various channels.
Do You:
  • Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the education and care of young children?
  • Have at least one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
  • Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) or a High school diploma/GED (required)?

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of professional teaching experience preferred. At least six months of professional teaching experience required.
  • CDA or Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
  • Demonstrated understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • Must comply with state-specific guidelines for the role
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
