As a Business Systems Analyst in OpenText's AI PMO team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of AI solutions within our organization. This hybrid role involves working in our Alpharetta office three days a week, collaborating closely with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to understand their unique challenges and identify opportunities where AI can deliver significant value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate complex business problems into actionable insights for AI teams.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives.
  • Leverage data to identify opportunities and optimize processes.
  • Understand AI models, algorithms, and data pipelines.
  • Align AI solutions with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction while identifying and acting on opportunities that will generate additional revenue.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on AI or data-driven initiatives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong understanding of Gen AI concepts, including LLMs, Prompt engineering and deep learning.
  • Experience working with data pipelines and data management best practices.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI model selection and evaluation techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard AI frameworks and tools.
  • Minimum BS CS or equivalent experience.
