Position Overview
Are you a personable and detail-oriented individual who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere? We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to become a vital part of our team, offering a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 annually along with excellent benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Operations: Serve as the initial point of contact for guests and visitors, warmly welcoming them, managing phone inquiries, and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Assistance: Support various administrative functions, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Office Upkeep: Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and communal spaces, ensuring a professional and inviting environment.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate visitor logs, phone records, and other essential documentation, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
- Effective Communication: Facilitate clear communication with colleagues and external contacts, relaying messages and coordinating activities as necessary.
- Issue Resolution: Address minor inquiries and issues independently, escalating more complex situations to the appropriate personnel.
