Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain brand standards across all projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Design and create digital ads, brochures, sell sheets, trade show booths, emails, and listing images that meet business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with Art Director and Sr. Graphic Designer to champion cohesive design throughout the company.
  • Research the competitive landscape to stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with designers and writers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Stay connected to new technology and trends in design, sharing knowledge with the Creative team.
Requirements
  • Proficient knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Figma, and responsive design.
  • Comfortable working in and following Brand Guidelines.
  • Desire to learn new techniques and technologies to elevate your work, knowledge, and skillset.
  • Must be deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with some oversight and collaborate with designers and writers.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Solid portfolio with experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with animation/motion graphics, CMS, product rendering, video editing, and assisting with both studio and off-site video and photography productions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.
Work Environment

Usual office working conditions, occasional business travel to attend conferences, meetings, events, or training (less than 5%).
