Job Title: Recovery Technician

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Technician to join our team at EMPACT- Suicide Prevention Center, part of the La Frontera family. As a Recovery Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling, education, and supervision to clients in individual and group settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide counseling and education to clients in individual and group settings
  • Supervise clients in daily activities and evaluate their progress
  • Consult with other community agencies to provide needed client services
  • Maintain clinical documentation, including client progress and activity records
  • Intervene in crisis situations and attempt to prevent potential crises
  • Provide orientation to new clients upon intake
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Inpatient or Residential experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years
  • Fingerprint clearance card or eligibility to obtain one
  • Must be 21 years of age or older at time of employment
