Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Nesco Resource. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting hot/cold calls, and servicing HVAC systems in acute care facilities, commercial, and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain chilled water systems and centralized air handling units through regularly scheduled preventative maintenance activities.
  • Perform coil cleanings, filter changes, test and balance activities, sensor calibrations, and UV bulb replacements.
  • Belt alignments and replacement, drain pan treatments, damper calibration, and repairs.
  • Cleaning interior of AHU.
  • Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, specifications, and operations manuals.
  • Verify correct operation of DDC/pneumatic control systems.
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs on refrigeration and other DX equipment.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two-year technical/vocational degree in HVAC.
  • 2 years of experience in a commercial, industrial, or healthcare environment.
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
