Position Overview:
The Food and Nutrition Support Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by addressing their food service needs with care and professionalism.

  • Customer Engagement: Actively assist customers to ensure they receive outstanding service and support regarding their dietary requirements.
  • Service Excellence: Provide prompt responses to inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns through various communication channels.
  • Order Management: Accurately process and track food service orders, ensuring compliance with specific dietary preferences and requirements.
  • Menu Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu options, dietary restrictions, and allergen information to assist customers effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare teams, patients, and food service staff to coordinate meal deliveries and manage dietary changes.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, focusing on effective and timely resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and feedback for quality assurance and reporting.
