  7. Utilize effective selling techniques to enhance room revenue.
  8. Monitor room availability and adhere to booking policies and procedures.
  9. Drive sales through upselling of rooms and additional services.
  10. Follow company protocols for cash handling and financial transactions.
  11. Ensure proper use of equipment and adhere to cost control measures.
  12. Organize and prioritize work duties to meet productivity standards.
  13. Comply with company policies, department procedures, and general work rules.
  14. Participate in all required meetings and training sessions.
  15. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with regulations.
  16. Be knowledgeable about hotel emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 1 year of guest service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to move throughout the hotel for extended periods.

Compensation: Pay rate for this position ranges from $15 to $18.75 per hour.
