Position Title: Construction Site Maintenance Technician
Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Role SummaryThe main duty of this role is to maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at our construction sites. You will work under the supervision of the site manager, utilizing basic tools and equipment to ensure our construction areas are kept in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain site cleanliness by collecting trash and debris.
- Organize materials and pallets efficiently.
- Assist in unloading deliveries as they arrive.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the site manager.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a drug screening.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Familiarity with basic tools such as drills, saws, shovels, and hammers.
- Basic knowledge of equipment like skid steers and telehandlers.
- Capability to perform light construction tasks (minimal framing, etc.).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
- Willingness to be on your feet for the majority of the workday.
This position involves travel to various construction sites within a 100-mile radius of our main office. Daily travel is expected, with compensation for travel exceeding 60 miles in one direction.
