Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $60,000-$80,000 plus bonus opportunities.

Job Description

This dynamic role involves establishing strong relationships with customers, providing prompt and friendly service, and educating them about insurance options using a customer-focused review process. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of work ethic and commitment to success each day.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Conduct needs-based reviews to educate customers on insurance options
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Florida 220 Agent License or 440 Customer Rep License
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A people-oriented approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
