A successful Culinary Specialist must be adept at following recipes and delivering high-quality dishes. The role requires agility in the kitchen and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with a variety of ingredients and cooking methods is essential to our mission of maintaining and enhancing our esteemed reputation.

• Establish workstations equipped with necessary ingredients and cooking tools.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables and cutting meats.
• Utilize various cooking appliances and techniques to prepare meals.
• Monitor food as it cooks, ensuring proper stirring and turning.
• Present dishes attractively before serving to enhance the dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Store food and supplies appropriately to ensure freshness.
• Assess the quality of ingredients before use.
• Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Engage professionally with team members, management, and customers.

• Demonstrated experience in a culinary role.
• Proficient in using kitchen tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of diverse cooking techniques (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.).
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus.
