As an Automotive Service Specialist, you will contribute to an outstanding automotive retail experience by diagnosing and executing necessary repairs on vehicles.

Your Responsibilities:
Identify the root cause of malfunctions and carry out repairs with precision and efficiency.

Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on each vehicle.

Stay informed about current industry best practices in automotive repair.

Test-drive vehicles and assess components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.

Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to enhance your proficiency in automotive diagnosis and repair.

Maintain clear and accurate documentation for both customers and internal records.

Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to ensure customers are informed about any additional services required.

Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

Perform tasks outlined in the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive diagnosis and problem-solving.

ASE Certifications are advantageous.

Experience with X-Time/CDK is a plus.

DMV Check is mandatory.

Willingness to engage in in-house training.

Ability to utilize all automotive repair tools.

Proficient knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment is essential.

Compensation:
$32.00-$90.00/hour

*Compensation is based on relevant experience and skills.
