Responsible for keeping accurate patient records for boutique reimbursement. Works with Coordinator and Director to develop and meet business goals and objectives which includes annual sales goals, annual merchandise planning and promotional planning. Assist with the internal and external marketing plan for the boutique.

This position will follow the philosophy and direction of the Volunteer Board of Piedmont Augusta of exceptional customer service and the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily retail and billable transactions for the boutique
Maintain accurate patient records for boutique reimbursement
Collaborate with Coordinator and Director to develop and meet business goals and objectives
Assist with internal and external marketing plans for the boutique

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED required
Associates degree preferred in business, accounting, allied health or related field
Two years experience in breast health retail or related field can be substituted for education requirements
Four years experience required to include any combination of breast health industry knowledge, marketing to referral sources, event planning related to Breast Health Awareness Month, knowledge of home medical equipment (HME) billing, A/R management, insurance claims processing and inventory management, etc. Experience with volunteers is required

Certifications:

Certified Mastectomy Fitter required or obtained within one year of date of hire for full time incumbent (two years for part time incumbent)
