Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team at Contractor Service and Fabrication, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for laying out pipe systems, interpreting pipefitting standards, and assembling pipes and fittings according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lay out full-scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, or related equipment, according to blueprints.
  • Interpret pipefitting standards, codes, and specifications.
  • Assemble or secure pipes, tubes, fittings, or related equipment, according to specifications, by welding, brazing, cementing, soldering, or threading joints.
  • Measure and mark pipes for cutting or threading.
  • Inspect, examine, or test installed systems or pipe lines, using pressure gauge, hydrostatic testing, observation, or other methods.
Requirements
  • Must have experience in underground piping.
  • Must have experience in fusion of HDPE piping.
  • Knowledge of operating fusion machines.
  • Degree and/or Certificate in Technical Training is preferred.
