Overview of the Role

We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support our sales recruitment efforts at Emerge Talent Cloud. This role plays a crucial part in helping us meet hiring goals efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Candidate Management: Manage candidate communications, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • ATS Administration: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Job Postings: Create and publish job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
  • Communication: Provide updates and answer queries for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial phone screenings.
  • Reporting: Analyze metrics and create reports to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales recruitment, HR, or coordination roles.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools, MS Office Suite, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
