As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading single crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach crew members, offering feedback and training to ensure completion of job duties in accordance with company and client policies.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun.
  • Have general knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
  • Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, familiarizing yourself with all necessary equipment to complete the required job scope safely and effectively.
  • Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
  • Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.
  • Ensure OSHA Safety rules and regulations are followed consistently, reporting any issues, concerns, or incidents to management.
  • Complete required documentation in a timely manner and by required deadlines.
  • Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, including service, grease, etc.
  • Perform manual labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA DeBusk and assist in driving project deadlines.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Refinery or Construction.
  • Lead or Supervisory experience a plus.
  • Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun.
  • Valid TWIC Card.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication required.
  • Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet.
  • Ability to travel for out of town up to 25% of the time. Be On Call 24/7.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job, including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses.
  • Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day; stand or walk for long periods.
