About the Role

USA DeBusk, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading single crews in performing vacuum and hydro blasting services to safely and effectively complete hydro blasting and vacuuming jobs at industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coaching: Lead and coach crew members, offer feedback, assist crews, and train new employees in completion of the job duties in accordance with all company and client policies.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is functioning. Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun.
  • Technical Knowledge: Must have general knowledge of all Hydro Blast Pumps (10K, 20K, 40K) and Liquid Vacuum and Air Machine Trucks.
  • Job Preparation: Load out hydro blast and vacuum truck jobs, i.e., be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to complete the required job scope safely and effectively.
  • Job Site Inspection: Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
  • Safety Protocols: Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork. Ensure OSHA Safety rules and regulations are followed consistently, report any issues, concern, or incidents to management.
  • Documentation: Complete required documentation in a timely manner and by required deadlines.
  • Maintenance and Housekeeping: Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc. Wash and clean company equipment – Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc. General housekeeping – sweep floors, take out trashes, and help keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Job Load Out: Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs – Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.
  • Manual Labor: Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk and assist to drive project deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-4 years' experience in Refinery or Construction.
  • Leadership Experience: Lead or Supervisory experience a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Able to hydro blast utilizing a shotgun. Valid TWIC Card. Valid Driver's license.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication required.
  • Travel and Availability: Ability to travel for out of town up to 25% of the time. Be On Call 24/7.
  • Safety Training: Complete all safety training requirements.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting and Carrying: Must be capable of setting up equipment for the job including lifting and carrying hoses that may weigh up to 50 lbs.
  • Confined Spaces: Required to work at elevations and wear fall protection harnesses. Ability to work in confined spaces for 4-7 hours per day; stand or walk for long periods.
