Job Title: Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader at McDonald's, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by leading a team of crew members and supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in leading a team of crew members to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets the Company's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) during your shift.
  • Execute administrative tasks delegated to you, such as inventories, schedules, and other tasks as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to crew members to ensure they are meeting McDonald's standards.
  • Monitor performance during your shift and take action to ensure the team is meeting QSC standards.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and support to crew members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to perform the job duties satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
