Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Management Associate to help our clients access the full suite of research solutions we offer. As a key member of our team, you will build lasting relationships with credit funds, hedge funds, and mutual funds managers, working with investors on a daily basis to help them maximize their investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help clients access the most relevant investment research when they need it most.
  • Work with investors to identify their needs and preferences, and ensure they can access the right research solutions.
  • Keep our systems up to date with client user preferences and other pertinent account data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across our international business, including account managers, research, sales, finance, legal, and product teams.

Requirements

  • Early in your sales or account management career, with some customer-facing work experience.
  • Interest in honing your skills and growing a commercial skills set.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Target-driven, hard work ethic.
  • Confident in written and spoken media, whether on the phone or face to face.

  • Salary: $60,000 plus OTE and benefits.
