Resumen del Trabajo

ASRC Industrial busca un Estimador Senior, especializado en el área de impermeabilización, que sobresalga en un entorno colaborativo y esté comprometido con el logro de objetivos. Este profesional será responsable de elaborar estimaciones detalladas para proyectos de impermeabilización de gran envergadura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de la industria.

Tareas y Responsabilidades:

  • Analizar planos de proyectos, especificaciones y requisitos para preparar estimaciones de costos y paquetes de licitación.
  • Crear estimaciones conceptuales y realizar mediciones precisas de cantidades.
  • Coordinar con proveedores y subcontratistas para garantizar la finalización rentable de los proyectos.
  • Revisar cotizaciones, comunicarse con contratistas y oficios, y resolver cualquier problema de manera oportuna.
  • Participar en reuniones de planificación, asistir en la compra de proyectos y asegurar el control de calidad.
  • Proporcionar ingeniería de valor y apoyo para diversas tareas del proyecto.

Requisitos Clave, Educación y Experiencia:

  • Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia en construcción y 5 años en estimación.
  • Título o certificación en un campo relacionado.
  • Dominio de Constructware y/o Viewpoint, Microsoft Office y adaptación a nuevos software.
  • Fuertes habilidades analíticas, matemáticas y organizativas con atención al detalle.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, y capacidad para liderar un equipo de estimadores.
