Nurse Residency Program in a Dynamic Medical Setting

As a New Graduate Nurse RN Resident at Centerpoint Medical Center, you will participate in a comprehensive nurse residency program designed to ease the transition from student nurse to registered nurse. Our program includes advanced clinical training, monthly educational sessions, preceptorship training with experienced nurses, hands-on simulations, and mentoring from seasoned nurse leaders.
You will be part of a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents who share a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care. Your role as a RN Resident involves coordinating and delivering individualized care to patients, collaborating with medical providers and other team members, and advocating for patients, families, and caregivers.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
