Account Service Manager

The Account Service Manager is a critical role at PeopleReady, responsible for driving revenue growth with existing key accounts. This position requires a strong understanding of customer needs and a proven track record of developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand market share.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue growth plans to increase sales and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in account management, operations management, or business-to-business sales
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
