Key Responsibilities
  • Manage on-duty responsibilities, ensuring daily production is met and member experience is exceptional
  • Coordinate sales drivers, including pre-sale events, studio events, and outreach initiatives
  • Oversee the sales process and systems, meeting performance metrics through membership sales
  • Lead, coach, and develop the performance of Sales Associates
  • Ensure compliance with business policies and procedures for daily studio operations
  • Assist with training and scheduling of studio staff
  • Model studio activities through self-involvement and lead by example
  • Responsible for new hire onboarding and delivery of initial Sales Associate training
  • Ensure front desk systems are followed, including member check-in, telephone inquiries, guest registration, and customer care
  • Provide exceptional customer service, using effective decision-making to resolve customer service issues
  • Manage social media platforms, social calendars, and monthly newsletter, using marketing tools for effective community involvement
  • Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound
Requirements
  • Proven sales and leadership experience required
  • Excellent leadership skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and members
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work and function in a team environment
  • Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed
  • Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals
  • Previous management experience in the health and fitness industry strongly preferred
