At The Quest Organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail shopping centers, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied with their experience.
Responsibilities:- Represent the landlord's interests with tenants, contractors, and clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the services provided.
- Respond promptly to tenant needs and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
- Interpret and administer leases, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate regularly with property management, asset management, accounting, and other departments as needed.
- Prepare and submit regular reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Prepare annual recoveries (CAM) and recharges, as well as annual budgets.
- Manage contractors and oversee tenant improvement and capital projects.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new tenants and increase property value.
- Collaborate with leasing parties to assist in property lease-up efforts.
- Be available and responsible for after-hours emergency calls.
- Implement property management policies and procedures in accordance with company guidelines.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as a Property Manager at a commercial retail shopping center.
- Familiarity with budgets, contracts, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word and Excel.
- Valid driver's license.
