Retail Sales Territory Growth Manager

Job OverviewThis Retail Sales Territory Growth Manager role offers a unique opportunity to grow your territory while collaborating with retail partners and our account teams. As a key member of our sales team, you will drive results, build relationships, and leverage business intelligence data to create selling stories.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and execute business plans
- Leverage analytical tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to create compelling selling stories
- Deliver on key metrics such as POS budget, call coverage, and maintaining a 'perfect shelf' strategy
- Implement creative ideas and innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks and sell within the grocery landscape
- High school diploma or equivalent with fundamental technology skills such as Microsoft Office applications
- Learning agility, robust problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated self-reliance by successfully managing projects from inception to completion, consistently achieving goals without constant supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license
- This is a driving role which requires the use of a personal vehicle. To meet the requirements of the role, you must have 2 or less moving violations within the last 36 months
The annual salary range for this role is $58,000 - $63,000, based on factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses are available based on company and individual performance. Additionally, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, employee assistance program, short-term disability coverage, long-term disability insurance, and more.
