Opportunity Summary for Regional Sales Executive:

The Regional Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products and services by assessing the requirements of existing and prospective clients within a designated territory. This role involves collaborating with W. W. Williams Operations to convert identified opportunities into lasting business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researches and compiles a list of potential clients for sales leads using various sources such as trade exhibitions, publications, business directories, and online research.
  • Engages with current and prospective clients in the assigned territory to uncover profitable business opportunities and provide solutions that enhance their operations through W. W. Williams' offerings.
  • Collaborates with client representatives and W. W. Williams' operational teams to devise and showcase solutions that address client challenges and secure business.
  • Prepares and delivers quotes for requested services or repairs identified during assessments; follows up proactively with clients and negotiates to finalize sales.
  • Provides training on new products or services to client personnel upon request.
  • Participates in relevant industry trade shows and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Completes necessary documentation through reports and/or CRM systems to maintain records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
  • Works alongside W. W. Williams' Marketing team to create promotional materials, sales strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintains the technical knowledge required to effectively represent and sell all OEM products and services offered by W. W. Williams.
  • Upholds a positive representation of W. W. Williams and its workforce.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; one to three years of relevant sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
