Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Wesco International. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Support customers with account inquiries and concerns
  • Process payments for cash account customers
  • Back-up support to sales counter with walk-in and telephone inquiries

Qualifications

  • High School Degree or Equivalent required
  • Associates' Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
  • Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and email
