Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and manage a growing team of 3+ Account Executives.
  • Develop sales methodologies, strategies, and tactics to win, close, and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Create and iterate on sales and GTM strategy, value props, and pitching approaches.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of technology sales team management experience.
  • 8+ years of total sales experience.
  • Proficient in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong leadership and talent development skills.

  • Highly strategic and structured thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
