Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and manage a growing team of 3+ Account Executives.
- Develop sales methodologies, strategies, and tactics to win, close, and improve sales effectiveness.
- Create and iterate on sales and GTM strategy, value props, and pitching approaches.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team.
- At least 3 years of technology sales team management experience.
- 8+ years of total sales experience.
- Proficient in data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets) and Salesforce CRM.
- Strong leadership and talent development skills.
- Highly strategic and structured thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Passion for leadership and talent development.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year. As a senior member of our team, you can expect a highly competitive salary range that reflects your expertise and qualifications.
