We're looking for a Sales Engineering Leadership Manager to lead our sales engineering team and drive business growth at Palermo Rhodes.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $160,000, with a bonus potential of 15-20% of base salary. We offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, vision, 401(k), profit-sharing, stock options, and more.

In this leadership position, you'll provide guidance to sales engineers and business development representatives, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales engineers, focusing on their technical development and leadership growth.
  • Collaborate with business development representatives and sales engineers to promote new and existing products.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
  • Work closely with production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license highly preferred or actively pursuing.
