About this role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. You'll be responsible for overseeing a team of high-energy Account Executives, cultivating a culture of success and continuous improvement through your coaching.

  • Team Leadership and Development: Oversee a team of high-energy Account Executives, cultivating a culture of success and continuous improvement through your coaching.
  • Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and refine effective sales strategies that maximize our market presence and revenue growth.
  • Performance Management: Analyze sales data and team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 1+ years of experience managing sales teams, preferably in a SaaS company, with a minimum of 2 years in your current company and at least 1 year in a leadership role within a highly competitive and fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $138,000 - $163,000, which may also be eligible for commissions/bonus, equity, medical benefits, 401(k) plan, and other company perk programs.
