Job Summary:

Brightstar Leadership Development is seeking a highly motivated and competitive Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping families protect their financial well-being by selling, soliciting, and negotiating insurance plans that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new insurance contracts and suggest additions or changes to existing ones.
  • Breed productive relationships with clients to create a pool of prospective customers through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Evaluate clients' financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria.
  • Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles.
  • Report progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping systems, databases, and records.
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and services to continuously improve job knowledge.
  • Fulfill all policy requirements.
