As a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a consultative sales approach, you'll guide customers through their options, leveraging your drive and passion for helping people to create meaningful connections.

What to Expect:

  • Work on the sales floor, using your expertise to advise customers on the latest devices and personalized services.
  • Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Enjoy a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving tech and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but we'll provide the tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Earn between $18.22 and $21.92 per hour + up to $13,700 + in commissions if all sales goals are met.
  • Enjoy uncapped commission opportunities, with top sellers earning up to $62,460 per year.
