Job Title: Chief of Staff to the CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Jerry. As a key member of our executive team, you will provide strategic support to our CEO and drive business growth through operational excellence.

About the Role

The Chief of Staff will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline cross-functional operations
  • Acting as the CEO's liaison, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external partners
  • Building and maintaining reports and dashboards to track company performance metrics
  • Leading and overseeing high-priority projects from concept to execution
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, or private equity, and product, business operations, strategy or growth
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM, economics, or related discipline
  • Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area or willing to relocate
