Job Title: Client Services Representative

At Paladin Technologies, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our National Client Services Department, you will be responsible for managing the life of a client ticket for service or repair.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate project activities to support clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Dispatch technicians, order parts, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service calls.
  • Process technician requests, verify work completed, and update call status within 2 business days of scheduled service date passing.
Requirements:
  • Established experience with MS Office products.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers who expect a sense of urgency from a service provider.
  • Ability to work on location.
  • GED or High School Diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year or more in a call center, customer service, or relevant environment.
  • Extensive experience with MS Excel.
  • Proof of continued education: Certifications, Associates/+, etc.

Salary Range: $21- $25 DOE
