Client Service Associate

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and service-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate. This role is a critical contributor to the success of our organization, providing exceptional client experiences within our advisor practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality meeting prep and follow-up materials, collect data and documents for assigned clients, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Represent NorthRock Partners and our advisor practices by partnering with internal and external business partners to complete tasks, resolve requests, and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Play a key role in client onboarding, servicing, meetings, and follow-up as necessary.
- Collaborate with other Client Service Associates to implement improved processes and operational policies.
- Develop personalized relationships and experiences for clients, continuously improving client service standards and delivery across the practice and organization.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2+ years of related experience in a client-service or professional service role.
- Experience with a CRM database is a plus (e.g. Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Client Service experience.
