Position Type: Full-Time (Fully On-Site)
Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour
Wage Increases: Year 2 - $24.50 | Year 3 - $25.25 | Year 4 - $26.00
Key Responsibilities:
All duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Respond to incoming technical support inquiries regarding hardware, software, or network challenges promptly; create a ticket and document the issue until resolution.
- Provide assistance to National Services Offices, divisions, and stores, and engage appropriate internal personnel or external vendors for specialized expertise when necessary.
- Inform your direct supervisor of recurring issues and propose potential process enhancements.
- Escalate issues to the relevant level of support and/or management as required.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance business operations and support quality.
- Execute all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Adhere to ALDI's privacy and security protocols, especially when handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Consistently use keyboard/mouse.
- Occasionally required to push, pull, bend, lift, and move items up to 50 lbs.

- Regularly read and identify small status listings, markings, and components.
Travel Requirements:
- Minimal travel required for job-related duties such as training and project work.
