  • Respond to incoming technical support inquiries regarding hardware, software, or network challenges promptly; create a ticket and document the issue until resolution.
  • Provide assistance to National Services Offices, divisions, and stores, and engage appropriate internal personnel or external vendors for specialized expertise when necessary.
  • Inform your direct supervisor of recurring issues and propose potential process enhancements.
  • Escalate issues to the relevant level of support and/or management as required.
