About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal Support Specialist to join our Magnet Group team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to our attorneys, preparing legal documents, and managing case files.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain case files, including organizing documents, monitoring calendars, and meeting deadlines.
  • Support attorneys with document preparation, including Wills, Trusts, Health Care Proxies, Living Wills, and Powers of Attorney.
  • Coordinate meetings and communicate with clients and attorneys.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm setting, preferably with a focus on Trusts and Estates.
  • Proven typing skills (at least 55 wpm) and excellent grammar, spelling, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Arrangements

This role requires a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 3 days per week spent in the office and 2 days per week spent remotely. Overtime may be required from time to time.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
