Conduct ongoing analysis of budgetary conditions and the implications of additional needs and requests, preparing regular and ad hoc analyses of Budget/Forecast versus Actual for revenues and expenses.
  • Impact Analysis: Evaluate improvement initiatives and special projects to assess their financial implications for the organization.
  • Data Control: Establish and maintain procedures to secure and safeguard data for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Performance Evaluation: Utilize the company's financial and other information systems to query data and generate reports for performance assessment.
  • Management Reporting: Prepare management reports for senior leadership and subsidiary management.
  • Controllership Support: Aid in the month-end closing process and controllership protocols for the corporate accounting team. Collaborate closely with accounting teams to uphold effective internal controls and ensure reporting accuracy.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Ability to comprehend data structures within business applications, identify relationships, and design data integrations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in preparing or auditing financial statements and conducting financial analysis.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to enhance business performance through improved analysis, trending, and reporting.
  • Strong business judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated capability to work collaboratively across various disciplines.
  • Innovative mindset with a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial planning and reporting tools such as Vena, Adaptive Planning, Essbase, Hyperion, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with enterprise accounting systems like SAP or Oracle is preferred.
