About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Fleet Associate to join our team at Element Fleet Management Corp. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients requiring assets that cannot be ordered from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on vehicle selection and upfitting options.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Manage workflow from order submission to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues.
  • Provide consultative input on alternative vehicles and ordering methods to optimize delivery of complete vehicles with upfitting.
  • Arrange for upfitting and transportation logistics for stock and dealer orders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain key contact relationships with dealers and suppliers, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual support.
  • Provide insight and consultation on dealership inventory status, supporting departmental initiatives for best acquisition policies.
  • Support licensing-related inquiries and in-flight support for transportation issue resolution, ensuring seamless client experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or three to five years related experience or equivalent industry experience.
  • Fleet or mechanical experience, with upfitting expertise, is highly desirable.
  • Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with current state restrictions and laws pertaining to lease vehicles.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with an analytical and inquisitive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office product knowledge - moderate proficiency level.
