About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Shift Choice team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots.
  • Check cars, enter information in a handheld device, process rentals of our loyalty customers, assist customers at our exit gates or check-in our cars at return.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients.

Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
